Which Credit Cards does Cozy's Sweet Treats accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?

Please feel free to place your order over the phone. The number to call is (832) 481-COZY (2699). Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Are Cozy's Sweet Treats products guaranteed for quality and freshness?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our products! If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either re-ship the item or refund you for the total value (within 30 days of receipt). Just call or email customer service and we will make it right! We are open Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST.

If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will the item be reshipped?

Because our products are perishable food items and cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

Can I return an item ordered from Cozy's Sweets Treats?

Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our items, if you are not satisfied, please email [email protected] so we can better serve you. We are able to process refunds 30 days after receipt, after that we are unable to issue any refunds.

What are your shipping rates?

Standard delivery is 2nd day air via USPS Priority Mail.

Small Flat Rate $6.80 (This box holds regular size trail mix).

Medium Flat Rate: $13.45 (This box will hold approximately 2 dozen cookies).

Large Flat Rate: $18.75 (This box will hold approximately 2 1/2 -3 dozen cookies).

Larger Flat Rates: To Be Determined Based on the Weight of the Box.

Overnight next day air via USPS Priority Mail Express: To Be Determined Based on the Weight of the Box.

We bake fresh daily and ship Monday thru Thursday for delivery on Wednesday thru Saturday. Our cutoff time Monday thru Wednesday, 10am CST to go out that day.

Orders in by 10am Thursday can ship next day for Friday delivery or (2) two day delivery for Saturday. We do NOT ship over the weekend. Because of this, any orders received after 10:00am on Friday will ship the following Monday.
